Your information, plainly explained

This page says what the consultation form on this site collects, what Jason does with it, and what you can ask for. No legal fog — if anything here is unclear, call and ask.

What the consultation form collects

We only ask for what a bathroom consultation actually needs — no date of birth, no driver's license, no payment or banking details.

  • What you type in: the kind of project you're interested in, when you'd like to start, your name, phone number and ZIP code, plus an email and a short note if you choose to add either.
  • Your text-message choice: a separate box you can check or leave alone. Leaving it unchecked doesn't stop you from scheduling.
  • A little automatically: the page you submitted from, the site that sent you there, any campaign tags in the link you clicked, and the date and time of your request.

How your information is used

Jason uses it to reach you, answer your questions, and prepare for your consultation. That's the whole purpose. Your information is not sold or rented to anyone, and it isn't used to show you advertising.

  • Submissions are visible only to Jason, through the private owner login on this site.
  • No advertising or analytics company reads your form answers.

When Renuity sees your information

Nothing is sent to Renuity automatically when you fill out the form. If you decide to move ahead with a project, Jason shares what the installing provider needs to schedule your consultation and prepare your written proposal.

Text messages

Texts are sent only if you check the optional box. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out at any time. Consent isn't required to schedule a consultation.

Where it's kept and for how long

Requests are stored in a private database with sign-in restricted to the site owner, and the form is transmitted over a secure connection. Your request stays on file while your project is in play and afterward as part of Jason's records. If you'd like it removed sooner, just ask.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses one piece of advertising measurement: a Google Ads tag that tells Google when someone who clicked one of Jason's ads goes on to submit the consultation form. It counts the request — it doesn't send Google your name, phone number, or anything you typed. Google uses this to measure and improve how the ads perform, under its own privacy practices.

Visitors in regions that require cookie consent (such as Europe and the UK) are not tracked by this tag at all. Elsewhere, the tag is on by default; most browsers let you block advertising cookies if you prefer.

No analytics service watches how you move around the site. Two small technical things do happen in your browser: the form briefly remembers campaign tags so the link you clicked can be credited with your request, and the owner login keeps the site owner signed in.

Links to renuityhome.com and to the review sites quoted on this page are outside this site's control and follow their own privacy practices.

Keeping spam out

The form carries a hidden field that bots fill in and real people leave alone, waits to see that someone took the time to type, and limits how many requests can arrive from one internet address in an hour. These checks look at submission patterns, not at who you are.

Your choices

  • Ask what Jason has on file about you.
  • Ask for a correction, or for your information to be deleted.
  • Stop text messages by replying STOP.
  • Decline texts and still schedule a consultation — the service is the same either way.

Children

This site isn't aimed at children, and we ask that nobody under 18 sends personal information through it.

If this page changes

If these practices change, this page is updated and the date at the top is revised. We won't use information you've already shared in a way that differs from what was stated here at the time, without telling you first.
